Well& by Durst is a full-service amenity space exclusively for the tenants of One World Trade Center and their guests. Located on the 64th floor adjacent to the Sky Lobby, the premium floor serves as a world-class corporate and social hub, purpose-built to foster creativity, collaboration, and community. A platform for wellbeing and a place to cultivate calm, Well& by Durst is designed to energize, inspire, and connect guests in a healthy and productive environment.

Well& by Durst at One World Trade Center includes a café fueled by illy. illy’s passion for authentic Italian coffee, coupled with seasonal ingredients and welcoming hospitality, brings a global experience of taste, style and excellence to Well& by Durst.

Curated event programming gives our community the chance to up their game and reignite creative sparks through classes, lectures and workshops. Flexible meeting and event space offers boutique meeting, event and lounge spaces for conferences, town halls, corporate events and more.
