Recycling
New York City recycling laws require commercial tenants to keep designated recyclables separate from garbage. All tenants are expected to comply with The Durst Organization's Tenant Recycling Program. Please contact the Building Services Department (Building-services@durst.org) for further details regarding recycling as well as the unique Organics Collection program that The Durst Organization promotes throughout our commercial and residential portfolio.
