Tenant Visitors

Security Screening

Visitors to the Building are subject to security screening per the Building's security protocols. If deemed necessary, the Building may require visitors to pass through magnetometers and/or have baggage and packages scanned prior to being granted access through the main lobby turnstiles.

Tenants must register their visitor's information thru a secure Visitor Registration web portal. Visitor information entered into the portal is linked to the Building's security access control system and accessible from the designated lobby reception desks (either Building or tenant operated). Please contact the Property Management Office for access to the Visitor Registration web portal.

Access During Building Operating Hours

Visitors arriving at One World Trade Center during routine Building operating hours will be directed to the appropriate Building reception desk by lobby security. The reception desk attendant will perform an ID verification and check the building's security access control system for authorization prior to granting access.

If the visitor was pre-entered into the Building's security access control system by the tenant, the visitor will be issued a temporary access badge. If an unexpected visitor arrives, the lobby reception desk attendant will perform ID verification and will contact the tenant to obtain authorization prior to allowing access; upon obtaining verification from the tenant the visitor will be issued a temporary access badge.

The visitor must scan the temporary access badge at the lobby turnstile to gain entry to the appropriate destination dispatch elevator bank. Visitors then select the desired floor destination on an elevator keypad and are directed to an assigned elevator.

Visitors must keep temporary access badges available at all times to present upon request while in the Building.

A visitor's temporary access badge will only grant them access to the floor(s) authorized for them by the building's security access control system.
