Tenant Alteration Guidelines

Please contact the Property Management Office to assist with the approval and coordination of construction and/or alterations to tenant space. General repairs, alterations and construction work must all be arranged directly through the Property Management Office.

  • Building Construction Standards
  • Insurance Requirements
  • REO Application
  • Drawing Submission Guidelines to Landlord / REO / QAD
