The Durst Organization offers tenants of One World Trade Center a robust Occupant Emergency Procedures program. The centerpiece of the program is BSS Guardian, a comprehensive online life safety training and compliance management system specifically designed for high-rise buildings and customized for One World Trade Center and our tenants.

The online program is a valuable tool to help empower tenants with the knowledge to save and protect themselves and others during an emergency. The Durst Organization takes the safety of our occupants very seriously; we encourage you to make this online life training a mandatory requirement for all company employees.

- Physically impaired employees can securely register for evacuation assistance
The Property Management Office provides a designated contact for each tenant with an Administrator’s User Guide and a company password to access the BSS Guardian website. We recommend that each tenant distribute their company’s unique BSS password and Employee User Guide to all of their employees so that training may be completed by each individual within the organization.
