Loading Dock
The One World Trade Center Loading Dock is located below grade, on the C2 level. Vehicle based deliveries to the Loading Dock can only be made through the Vehicle Security Center located at West Street and Liberty Street. All vehicles then use the below grade Vehicle Roadway Network to traverse to the One World Trade Center Loading Dock. All vehicles can be no taller than 12’6” or longer than 53’, front cab to rear of truck.
The Loading Dock consists of 12 bays, with the specifications for each bay listed below:

Several bays are equipped with scissor lifts and dock levelers. The scissor lifts have a weight capacity of 6,000 pounds and the dock levelers have a weight capacity of 30,000 pounds. All materials received at the Building’s loading dock as well as any delivery personnel entering the building are subject to security screening as per the Building’s Security Protocols.
