Catering
In addition to obtaining acceptable insurance and signed Hold Harmless Agreement forms, caterers must ensure that they have all applicable permits, including but not limited to liquor permits, completed well in advance of a catered event. Tenants who are hosting an event where alcohol will be served on the property are required to have their caterers complete and submit an application for a liquor permit. Please contact the Property Management Office to obtain all additional necessary paperwork. Please be advised that except as otherwise expressly provided in the Lease no cooking (except that sterno cans may be utilized by Tenant provided prior written notice is provided to the building’s Property Management Office and a fire guard is present at all times of such use) shall be done in the premises.
