Alarm Notifications in Tenant Spaces
Tenants who install a remote alarm notification within their premises must ensure that the alarm system notifies a tenant representative or an approved contractor who will respond to the alarm.
In the event of an alarm occurring after building hours, the designated tenant contact shall promptly notify the Property Management Office to coordinate access to the tenant space for any contractors who will respond to the alarm.
