Well& by Durst

The following policies and procedures have been developed to ensure the proper use and preservation of this facility:

• Well& by Durst is available exclusively to tenants of One World Trade and their guests.
  
• Guests must be accompanied by One World Trade tenant at all times.
  
• Tenants may not bring alcoholic beverages on site.
  
• Please keep noise at a courteous and respectful level.
  
• Please refrain from placing your feet on furniture.
  
• Please refrain from sleeping on the property.
  
• One World Trade is not responsible for the loss of any equipment, clothing, materials, or any belongings of tenants. All lost and found items will be turned over to One World Trade Security.
  
• Part of the space may be closed to tenants and their guests for private events.
  
• No animals (except service animals) of any kind are permitted inside Well& by Durst at One World Trade Center.
