Messenger Center
One World Trade Center’s secure Messenger Center, is located on the C1 Level and is accessible from the public transportation corridor and from ground level via the building’s escalators to the Lower Lobby.
The Messenger Center hours are 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Building holidays. Packages going into or out of the Building are hand delivered to and from a tenant's office by an authorized representative. Messengers who require access to the Building are screened as per the Building’s Security Protocols and escorted to and from the tenant’s offices. Only uniformed delivery service personnel (such as Federal Express and UPS) are permitted to make deliveries and pick-ups directly to tenants.
US Mail will be received by the Building and delivered by the Messenger Center staff to the tenant designated area.
Deliveries to the Messenger Center are subject to security screening as per the Building’s Security Protocols.
