Property Management Office
The Durst Organization's Property Management Office is committed to making your office environment as pleasant and safe as possible.
All tenant questions should be directed to the Property Management Office by phone, (212) 602-2300, or e-mail, OneWTCManagement@durst.org. All service requests must be submitted to the Property Management Office through the AwareManager online platform.
The Property Management Office is located on the C1 Level of One World Trade Center. Property Management Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, excluding building holidays.
