Do Not Admit Policy

As noted in the Building Rules and Regulations:

The Building Management reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to immediately revoke without notice or liability all rights of access into the Building of, and to immediately remove from the Building, any licensee, invitee or guest of Tenant on account of any violation by such person of the Building's security procedures, any illegal activities thereby and/or any behavior by such person that interferes with the use and enjoyment of any other tenant or occupant of the Building. Tenant is obligated to inform all of its licensees, invitees and guests of all rules and regulations of the Building and the Building's security procedures and must cause such parties to fully comply therewith. Tenant is fully responsible for any violation of the Building's security procedures, any illegal activities and/or any disruptive behavior by any of its licensees, invitees or guests.

The Building Management may prohibit from entry any individual identified by an employee or tenant, who has a legal restraining order, criminal complaint, or indictment against them or who poses a threat to an employee, tenant or the safe operation of the building. These individuals will be entered into a Do Not Admit List in the visitor management system by the Building Security managers upon request from a tenant or the Property Management Office.

If a Tenant requests that an individual be added to the Do Not Admit List, the request is limited to access to the submitting Tenant's space.

The Security Department and Property Management Office can prohibit entry to others deemed a threat to its employees, tenants, visitors or the safe operation of the building, through use of the Do Not Admit List.

The Property Management Office can be contacted for the appropriate form for entry of an individual into the Do Not Admit List.
