Insurance Guidelines
General Vendor / Contractor
All vendors and contractors (e.g., those performing bulk deliveries or construction work on behalf of a tenant) are required to have the appropriate signed Hold Harmless Agreement and Certificates of Insurance approved and on file in the Property Management Office prior to the start of work.
Note that all sub-contractors are required to submit insurance documents as well as general contractors/construction managers.
