Building Services / Holidays
Building services, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), cleaning, and loading dock will NOT be provided to tenants on the following holidays listed below:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Please contact the Property Management Office in advance to make arrangements should you require any building services on these dates.
Building HVAC, loading dock, and cleaning services will be provided to tenants on the following holidays listed below:
- Veterans Day
On the holidays listed below, cleaning and loading dock services will NOT be provided to tenants. HVAC services will be provided:
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Presidents' Day
- Good Friday
- Juneteenth
- Day after Thanksgiving
On the holidays listed below, cleaning services will NOT be provided to tenants. HVAC and loading dock services will be provided:
- Columbus Day
