Building services, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and cleaning are not provided to tenants on the following holidays listed below:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Please contact the Property Management Office in advance to make alternate arrangements should you require any building services on these dates.
Building HVAC and cleaning will be provided to tenants on the following holidays listed below:
- Juneteenth
- Day Before Independence Day
- Veteran's Day
- Columbus Day
Please contact the Property Management Office in advance to make alternate arrangements should you require any other services on these dates.
Only building HVAC services will be provided to tenants on the following holidays listed below:
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents' Day
- Good Friday*
- Day after Thanksgiving

*Good Friday is a holiday for Local 32BJ employees who provide cleaning services to tenants; please contact the Property Management Office in advance should you require cleaning services on this date.
