Cleaning Services
High-caliber green cleaning is provided by The Durst Organization to help tenants achieve and maintain optimal efficiency and a healthier work environment for their employees and visitors. Our green cleaning policy promotes the use of green cleaning products, equipment, and strategies. Using green cleaning products supports human health for building occupants and custodial workers by providing better indoor air quality and using custodial paper products that contain recycled content reduces the use of virgin materials.
Our cleaning staff is required to attend monthly safety meetings to ensure the most risk-free work environment is achieved. Our supervisors regularly conduct inspections that are designed to evaluate compliance requirements and identify potential hazards.
All cleaning services are provided in accordance with each tenant's lease agreement. Arrangements for additional cleaning services may be made by contacting the Building Services Department (Building-services@durst.org).
