If the emergency does not require immediate evacuation of the premises, such as a tenant needing medical assistance, please call the Property Management Office to ensure that Building Staff are prepared to assist emergency responders upon their arrival at One World Trade Center.
All tenants must supply the Property Management Office with an emergency contact list with phone numbers in order to contact a tenant in the event of an emergency (leak, fire, etc.) after building hours. A Tenant Contact Form is available for download.
