Bicycle Parking
One World Trade Center has a bicycle storage room located on Floor C3 that is available to all tenants of the building for their employees to use. The room is for employees who actively commute to work on bicycles.
If you have any questions or employees who are interested in the storage room, please forward their names to onewtcmanagement@durst.org and we will send you the use agreement or respond to your questions.
Please note the bicycle lockers in the storage room are first come / first available. The bicycle storage room program will be reviewed monthly to ensure it is being used according to the intent for active commuters.
E-devices
(electric bicycles, electric scooters and/or any other electric transport devices operating with a lithium-ion battery)
In compliance with the requirements of the NYC FDNY, the building prohibits access of e-devices onto office floors by employees and visitors of the tenant. All e-devices (together with their lithium-ion batteries) must be parked and secured in the building’s designated area located in the C3 bicycle room as directed by the Property Management Office. Any e-device or related lithium-ion battery located outside of the designated location will be relocated and/or found to be charging will be unplugged from the power outlet.
