The Durst Organization provides high-caliber green cleaning services to help tenants maintain a healthy, efficient work environment for employees and visitors. Our green cleaning policy prioritizes the use of environmentally responsible products, equipment, and strategies that support better indoor air quality for building occupants and custodial workers alike. Custodial paper products containing recycled content are used throughout to reduce the consumption of virgin materials.

Our cleaning staff attends monthly safety meetings, and supervisors conduct regular inspections to evaluate compliance and identify potential hazards. All cleaning services are provided in accordance with each tenant's lease agreement.
